Yummy Garlic & Chives Dip

Great dip with a hint of Garlic and savory with chives. Add Sour Cream or yogurt.  Stir until well blended.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours before serving. Serve with Chips, Crackers or Vegetables.  Use as a topping for your baked potatoes too!
